The ZOLL AED 3 is designed with simplicity in mind. The rescuer receives clear guidance via the touchscreen colour screen and spoken instructions. The AED is designed with an IP55 rating, which means that it is well protected against dust and water. In addition, the AED provides real-time feedback on chest compressions, ensuring that the quality of CPR is always optimal. This makes the ZOLL AED 3 suitable for both professional and less experienced rescuers.

Child resuscitation with child button
With the child button, the ZOLL AED 3 automatically switches to the child protocol. This makes it possible to use the device for child resuscitation as well. The universal electrodes can be used for both adults and children, so you don’t need separate children’s electrodes.
RapidShock Analysis
The ZOLL AED 3 offers a lightning-fast heart rhythm analysis thanks to the RapidShock analysis. The device can deliver a shock within 5 seconds if necessary, which is critical in cardiac arrest.
PlusTrac: Always up-to-date
The PlusTrac feature makes it possible to send data from the AED to the cloud via Wi-Fi. This ensures that any malfunctions or defects are reported immediately, so that you can take immediate action and always be sure of a well-functioning AED. The system also provides an excellent opportunity for remote management of the devices.
In addition, the ZOLL AED 3 has a USB connector. Here you can connect a USB stick to transfer files to the AED, or take them out when you are not using the PlusTrac system.
Extension with ECG function
It is possible to expand the ZOLL AED 3 with an ECG function. With this functionality, you can gain more insight into the patient’s heart rhythm. You can set whether or not you want the ECG waveform to be displayed on the CPR dashboard.
